ReloStack (https://app.sandraoluchi.com) is an early release operated by Sandra Oluchi. This policy explains what information we collect during the current early-access phase and how it is used.
What we collect
Depending on how you use the site or application, we may collect:
- Contact details you submit through the early-access request, referral request, or mobile waitlist forms
- Account information for authenticated users (name, work email, role)
- Relocation case details entered by an employer or employee, including move dates, workplace, housing preferences, and household composition
- Messages exchanged within a relocation case
- Basic product usage data for reliability and analytics purposes
What we do not collect
We do not ask for or knowingly collect:
- Social Security numbers
- Banking details
- Medical records
- Tax records
- Passport or immigration documents
- Credit reports
- Detailed employment records
Please do not upload any of the above into messages, attachments, or free-text fields.
How information is shared
Employee intake details, household composition, budget, and private messages are not automatically visible to an employer. Employers see only relocation stage, risk status, and updates the employee or Sandra's team has authorized for sharing. Internal concierge notes are never shared with employers or employees.
Data storage and security
Data is stored in a Supabase (PostgreSQL) database protected by row-level security policies scoped to your role and organization. We do not sell personal information.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your information by contacting properties@sandraoluchi.com.
